We use your vehicle’s real data logs to understand how the trucks power delivery can be better optimized, where it can be pushed harder, and how to reshape the powerband for stronger real-world performance. We take into account many specific details like the engine type, mileage, trim, wheels and tires, modifications, location, fuels used and the drivers goals.

How Our Ram Hurricane JB4 Calibration Packages Work
Choose the calibration package that matches how you actually use your truck. Whether you want a refined premium pump-gas setup for daily driving or a stronger ethanol-blend calibration for maximum performance, each NXTGEN Ram Hurricane Map 6 tune is built around your specific truck, fuel, hardware, and data logs.
What we provide is a custom tuning and calibration service that uses JB4’s map 6. You will need a compatible JB4 installed on your Ram Hurricane before tuning can begin.
After one of our tunes are purchased, we review your vehicle setup, fuel type, mileage, modifications, goals and OTS map logs. From there, we advise if anything needs attention before the custom tuning process can begin. Then, we build your custom Map 6 baseline and guide you through the logging and revision process. Each revision is based on how your truck actually responds under load, and we usually do 3-4 revisions until it is well dialed in on the custom map.
