US domestic shipping

NXTGEN Automotive offers free standard shipping on all US orders, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and select US international military installations. Express shipping is available at an additional cost. All products listed on our website are in stock and will be processed the same day if ordered by 12:00pm Pacific time, or the next business day thereafter. All of our products ship from San Diego County, California. NXTGEN, Inc business hours are M-F 9a-5p Pacific time.

International Shipping

NXTGEN Automotive offers standard and express international shipping at an additional cost to select countries around the world. Shipping fees do not include any additional import fees, taxes or VAT, which are paid by the receiver as required by local law. All products listed on our website are in stock and will be processed the same day if ordered by 12:00pm Pacific time, or the next business day thereafter. Shipping liability, shipping delays and shipping damage

Ownership of the product and responsibility for the product shall pass to the customer upon receipt by the company of payment and the product is shipped via a common or contract carrier. Therefore, the liability for loss or damage in transit, or thereafter, shall pass to the Customer upon Company's delivery of the product to a common or contract carrier for shipment. Lost items or any damage in transit are out of our control and the responsibility of the customer to remedy directly with the shipping carrier, in accordance with state and federal laws. NXTGEN, Inc is not a shipping company and we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost items in transit or damaged items in transit.
