New Items:

New items that are unused and in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. A restocking fee will be withheld from the pre-tax purchase price to cover the initial shipping, packaging and return processing costs. All returns are sent back to NXTGEN at the customers expense. Items must be received in like new condition, therefore, packing the products well, tracking and insurance are recommended.

  • Domestic Returns: Domestic returns will have a 30% restocking fee deducted from the pre-tax total to cover the initial order processing, shipping, packaging and return processing costs. Items must be received in like-new condition, in their original packages or no refunds will be processed. Please provide your original order information with your return, and our team will process refunds within 7 business days of receipt of the returned items.

 

  • International Returns: International returns will have the entire original shipment amount deducted, plus a 15% restocking fee deducted from the pre-tax total to cover the initial order processing, packaging and return processing costs. Items must be received in like-new condition, in their original packages or no refunds will be processed. Please provide your original order information with your return, and our team will process refunds within 7 business days of receipt of the returned items.

 

  • Custom orders and adhesives: Custom made specialty orders and pre-cut adhesives may not be returned.

Used Items:

Used items may not be returned for a refund. Any used or damaged items received will be discarded and no refund will be processed.

Shipping Policy

Title to product, shipping liability and shipping delays

Title to the product shall pass to customer upon receipt by the company of payment and the product is shipped via a common or contract carrier. Therefore, the liability for loss or damage in transit, or thereafter, shall pass to Customer upon Company’s delivery of product to a common or contract carrier for shipment. Lost items or any damage in transit are out of our control and the responsibility of the customer to remedy directly with the shipping carrier. Once we ship an item to the customer, the actual time in transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier and outside of our control.
